Refund & Return Policy

At Hippity Hop Pet Shop, we want every customer to be happy with their order. If something doesn’t arrive as expected, we’re here to help. 

🕓 Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and issue refunds on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Perishable, handmade, or custom items (such as forage mixes, treats, or made-to-order wood toys) cannot be returned due to their nature.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or email confirmation) is required.

If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue so we can make it right.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

📦 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@hippityhoppetshop.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

🚚 Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us first at info@hippityhoppetshop.com for the return address and instructions.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise agreed upon.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

  • Sale items (final sale)
