What is your return policy?
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened products. However, unopened products may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.

How long does shipping take?
We carefully prepare and package each order by hand.
Treats, chews, and forage ship within 5 business days.
Wood toys and structures ship within 2 business weeks (10 business days).
Please note: All wood products are handcrafted to order. We do not hold stock for these items, so each piece is made fresh just for you.
How should I store treats and forage?
Keep products in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Once opened, transfer to an airtight container to maintain freshness. No need to refrigerate or freeze unless indicated.
Are your products safe for all rabbits?
Yes—all of our products are made with rabbit-safe, natural ingredients. However, every bunny is different. We recommend introducing new items slowly and under supervision, especially treats.
