What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Due to their nature, forage mixes, treats, chews, and custom-made toys are non-returnable.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@hippityhoppetshop.com with your order number and photos.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our mistake.

How long does shipping take?
We carefully prepare and package each order by hand.
Treats, chews, and forage ship within 5 business days.
Wood toys and structures ship within 2 business weeks (10 business days).
Please note: All wood products are handcrafted to order. We do not hold stock for these items, so each piece is made fresh just for you.
How should I store treats and forage?
Keep products in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Once opened, transfer to an airtight container to maintain freshness. No need to refrigerate or freeze unless indicated.
Are your products safe for all rabbits?
Yes—all of our products are made with rabbit-safe, natural ingredients. However, every bunny is different. We recommend introducing new items slowly and under supervision, especially treats.
